Data we hold
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you submit a contact form, along with the content of your message. We also collect limited technical information automatically, including browser type, device type, and pages viewed, through standard server logs and analytics tools.
In practice, a message about our coverage of natural supplements for men arrives with your name, your email address, and whatever you typed. Nothing else is attached to it. The automatic side of the record is broader but far less specific — a page was opened, a session lasted a certain while, a browser version was noted. That data is used in aggregate and is not tied to the person who sent a message.
Contact form
Name, email address, and the body of your message.
Server logs
Browser type, device type, and the pages requested.
Site analytics
Which articles are read, how long a visit lasts, where readers arrive from.
Why we keep it
How we use information
Contact details are used to respond to your message and to verify corrections you submit. Technical information is used to maintain the site, understand which guides readers use, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use contact details for unrelated marketing.
A correction to an article about vitamins and minerals for men, for example, is checked against the original source and then applied to the page. Your email address is used to answer you or to confirm the change — it does not enter a mailing list, and no message will follow weeks later. Traffic figures that come out of analytics are read as totals, not as individual journeys with a name attached.

What your browser stores
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies, as described in our cookie policy. Cookies support basic site functions and analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as intended if you do.
The cookies set here are small text files: one keeps a session readable, others count visits so we know which guides on natural capsules for strength and vitality are worth keeping and expanding. If you clear them, the site still reads correctly — a few preference details simply reset on your next visit.
Blocking cookies
Every current browser lets you refuse cookies or delete the ones already stored. That choice belongs to you and the site will not lock you out for making it. For the fuller wording, including the categories we use, see the cookie policy page.

Data sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary to operate the site, such as hosting and analytics providers, or where required by applicable law. Providers process data only for the purposes we specify. We do not disclose contact form messages to the brands or retailers mentioned in our articles.
Two practical points are worth stating plainly. First, a note you send about a product covered in our comparison of popular products for men stays with our editorial team — it is not forwarded to the seller. Second, when we review healthy lifestyle products, the reading and the research happen on our side; nothing a reader writes is traded in exchange for access to a brand.
How long we keep it
Retention
Contact form messages and associated details are kept while the enquiry remains relevant to site content, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Server log data is retained for a limited period. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
A message that leads to a correction stays in the record for as long as the corrected page is live, because it documents why the page changed. Ordinary questions that need no follow-up are cleared once the exchange has run its course. Log files turn over on a short cycle and are read in aggregate only — no long-term profile is built from them.
What you can ask for
Your rights
You can request access to personal data we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate data, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. Send requests to [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate your record. We respond within a reasonable period.
"Enough detail" normally means the email address you wrote from and a rough date, nothing more. If a request concerns a message you sent about our coverage of men's health support, quoting a few words from that message helps us find it faster.
Request · access · correction · deletion
Write to [email protected] or send a letter to Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 200, Sekip, Palembang, 30126. Please put "Privacy" in the subject line so the message reaches the right person.
Age of readers
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this site, contact us and we will remove it.
The subject matter here — supplement formulas, daily routines, and the way ingredients are compared — is written for adult readers making their own buying decisions. If a parent or guardian spots a message that came from a minor, one email is enough for us to delete the record.
Keeping this page current
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when site practices change. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If a change affects how contact messages are handled, the revised wording appears here rather than in a separate notice. A quick read of this page before you write to us is always enough to know where things stand.
